Over all height is 74" above ground. Complete with hardware, mounting bracket for sign rider. Gothic style cap(NOT permanently glued to the 70" post) included with yard post. Easy to install, just drive the provided stake into the ground, slide the 70" post over the stake and insert the 36" arm into the post. It's that simple!
