High gloss White VINYL plastic finish only. Over all height is 72" above ground. Hardware includes: Instruction sheet, 40" ground anchor stake, U-clips to hang your sign, alluminum U-channel to hold sign rider, and Gothic Cap. Easy to install, just drive the provided stake (approx. 40" tall) into the ground, slide the 72" post over the stake and insert the 36" arm into the post. It's that simple!
