How long does it take for shipping from SMSProducts.com to my location?

Most items are in stock and ship that same day. Shipping time is 3-5 working days UPS ground service from the west coast when orders are placed online.


How do I calculate shipping charges from SMSProducts.com to my location?

When items are added to the shopping cart, enter your zip code and select either Residential or Commercial. The click the green button "Ship Calc" and this will provide the charge without any commitment to the order.


Can I purchase just 1 item of a particular product? I don't need the minimum that states on the web site.

Unfortunately, most of our items are minimum of 5 or 6 pieces. We do offer some higher ticket items in increments of 1 unit.


I am a local customer. Can I come by and pick up my order to save on freight?

We do not a have a showroom or a retail outlet. SMSProducts.com is a manufacturer and national distributor of our own products. All items are shipped from our 6,000 square foot facility in Chino Hills, CA. Should you need to visit a showroom, check your local sign shop or Board/Association of Realtors in your area.


Can I get expedited shipping regarding a new order?

SMSProducts.com does not ship "Rush" orders due to the high cost of freight from UPS. Items shipped via expedited freight get a dimensional weight added to them, thus making the package costly to ship.


Can I use my UPS or Fed-Ex account number to have my order shipped?

SMSProducts.com uses Fed-Ex and sometimes UPS. We prefer to pre-pay and add the freight for your convenience. Should you incur damages, lost or non-delivered items it is easier for us to file claims.


Can you custom imprint my name and logo on your products?

We can imprint your logo on our products listed under the "Imprinting" section of our website. We do have a minimum of 150 pcs. for a custom logo. At this time we do not offer custom imprinted signs or custom imprinted sign riders.


Can I purchase from you even though I am not a Real Estate Agent?

Yes, SMSProducts.com welcomes all new customers to purchase or even browse our website for any products that may be applicable to their needs.


Can I purchase items from you website even though I am not an existing customer nor I have never purchased from your website?

All first time customers will need to register online and place their initial order online and agree to our Terms and Conditions before we accept faxed or telephoned orders. We do accept all new customers when placing orders online.


What if I need to return merchandise that purcashed from WWW.SMSPRODUCTS.COM?

We will accept returns of merchandise prodived the itmes are unused and in sellable condition. Customer is responsible for shipping costs back to SMS, INC. Orders older than 30 days are non-returnable. Please contact our customer service department to obtain a Return Authorization Number for all returns within 30 days.
