Sample Request

We can supply any customer with a sample of most items that are available to purchase online(see excluded items below). A sample is considered to consist of 1 unit of a particular product and not to exceed 3 total items. To send a sample or samples we charge a $20.00 sample fee per order, which is 100% refundable($20.00), the actual unit cost plus shipping and handling(unit cost, S+H Non-refundable). Upon an order for at least the minimum qty’s based on our web site then we can credit back the $20.00 sample fee.

Saunders Mfg. Services Inc. has fixed costs to send samples to potential customers. We are more than willing to send out samples however we do need to get some kind of commitment from the potential customer with regards to "FREE" samples. Your commitment is important in establishing a relationship with SMS, INC. All items are shipped from our location in Yorba Linda, CA. 92886
